Product Information: This luxury candle is hand poured in Miami- USA by skilled artisans. In a clear vintage recycled glass jar. We combined with the perfect blend of essential oil and natural fragrance ( phthalate free), and pure components, a cotton wick( lead free) for a clean burn that will evoke an unique expression for the perfect memory and experience....... it will make you feel home.
candle care + safety
Directions
Always trim wicks to 1/4 inch before. The first time you light your candle, let it burn for 3-4 hours to allow the melted wax to reach the edge of the container to prevent your candle from tunneling.
Candle Safety
1. In order to get the most out of your candle, burn it until the entire surface of the candle melts.
2.To preserve the fragrance, do not burn your candle for more than 2 hours at a time during the first third of the candle and 1 hour at a time during the remaining.
3. Do not leave candle burning unattended. Do not set in a draft. Keep away from children, curtains and pets.
4. Should the wick require centering, gently readjust to correct position when the wax is still molten. Allow candle to solidify before relighting.
5. Should any black smoke appear, trim the tip of the wick. It should be clean and no longer than 5mm at all times.
6. Always protect the table or surface on which the candle rests (with a wood or ceramic plate, for example).
7. Do not burn your candle all the way down. Always leave at least 5 mm of non-molten wax at the bottom.
8. Keep your candle in a dry and temperate environment, between 60 and 80° F.
9. The first use of your candle should occur within the two first months after its reception.

Refunds + Exchanges
At Two2Guys, all of our products are carefully inspected and checked before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if we get proof of damage is submitted to Two2Guys within 5 days of delivery.
You may also exchange your product for another candle of the same size and price within 10 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping cost on all return items.
In the event the package is damaged during shipping you may return your unused candle(s) for a full refund of your purchase price, less shipping and handling within 10 days of delivery. Please contact us at [email protected] for further details.

THE WAX
We had create our own formulation for two2guys candles with pure natural ingredients, butters and vegan components to develop a source of exceptional olfactory and burning qualities. We are correctly taken care of, non smoke two2guys candle and no products is left on the sides of the glass.
THE WICK
Our candle wick is a flat braided cotton wick with paper threads woven into the cotton. The reinforced construction of the wick is designed to ensure a consistent burn with higher fragrance loads, especially with softer, more viscous natural waxes.
Note: Any carbon buildup should be removed once the wick is extinguished
