Shipping to Multiple Addresses We are currently not offering shipping orders items to more than one address on a single online order.
Shipping charges apply for each individual order address. The shipping charged is based on the method chosen of the total items being shipped to a specific location.
International Shipping
We send most international packages via UPS. You can see the total landed cost (included duties and taxes) at checkout. International packages may be subject to customs, duties or other fees that are calculated by country. The customer is responsible for paying any and all customs duties and fees. International packages may be delayed by customs. Unfortunately, we at Two2guys Company have no control over these circumstances.
Refunds + Returns + Exchanges
At Two2Guys, all of our products are carefully inspected and checked before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if we get perfect proof of damage and submitted to Two2Guys within 5 days of delivery. You may also exchange your product for another candle or product of the same size and price within 10 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping cost on all return items. In the event the package is damaged during shipping you may return your unused candle(s) for a full refund of your purchase price, less shipping and handling within 10 days of delivery.
